COMPANY / SOVEREIGN EDGE SYSTEMS, INC.
Trust at the Edge.
Sovereign Edge Systems, Inc. is developing a hardware trust architecture for systems that depend on reliable positioning, navigation, and timing. The SAM-300 architecture places measurement admission at a hardware boundary, before downstream systems rely on the measurements, with admission decisions isolated from host control.
Founders
The founders bring practical experience with surveying, machine control, and construction systems that depend on reliable positioning. In these environments, positioning errors can affect equipment operation, layout accuracy, rework, and project costs. That experience informs SES’s focus on checking external measurements before downstream systems rely on them.

Jason Carlson
Co-Founder, President & CEO

Intellectual property
SES has pending U.S. and Taiwan patent applications and a PCT international application relating to hardware-enforced navigation-authentication architectures and related embodiments.
How we bring SAM-300 to market.
SES is building a hybrid commercialization model around a reusable SAM-300 implementation. We plan to begin with paid evaluations and integration engineering, then support deployment through embedded implementation licensing or SES-supplied hardware modules.
SES’s planned delivery model keeps core intellectual property, systems architecture and product acceptance responsibility with SES. SES plans to engage specialized engineering providers for development and manufacturing partners for hardware production as customer requirements and product maturity become established.
